I gave HRC a last chance and it wos defenitely worth it because this ribbs made it even with the last dissapointing ribbs at the other places. This were the best ribs since about 2 years, after being disappointed at HRC / Las Vegas and HRC / Berlin. BBQ Glaze on top of the ribs was as well very tasty. The ribs were outstanding, perfectly seasoned so tender that they nearly felt off the bone. The Burger came like it was ordered and my wife was happy with her decision about the burger, (for me it would have been a little to well done). The BabyBack Ribs arrived together with the Classic BBQ Bacon Burger for my wife.

Onion ring tower was really hot, fresh prepared and very tasty, especially with teh BBQ-Dip. being placed at the dinner table in a nearly empty restaurant, than everythings was very fast, the drinks arrived very fast after ordering and as well the appetizer (onion rings) arrived fast after ordering. The waiter (Harvey) showed up about 10 minutes after. We had about 25Min waiting time at the waiting area but the restaurant was only about 15% occupied, therefor we ordered some drinks for to shorten the time and took them to the table.
